Cooke & Arkwright has a dedicated property investment department with over 30 years of experience, specifically dealing in commercial property and investment transactions. The department acts on behalf of an extensive client base including Institutions, Property Companies and Private Investors. In 2011 we transacted in excess of £90m worth of sales and acquisitions. Deals ranged from £500k to £60m across all sectors of the property market.
